Why You Should Avoid Soy

For decades there has been much exuberance in the West about the virtues of soy, to the point that anyone who questions its health-promoting benefits is seen as a lunatic. If this is true, then why have the Chinese ignored soy as food for thousands of years, and only the poor consumed it as a last resort? Why are the Chinese so wise about herbs, yet so “ignorant” about the so-called benefits of soy?

Isn’t Soy a Rich Source of Protein?

True, soy contains protein, but that protein is inaccessible unless the soy is properly fermented. Okay, you might say, then fermented soy is good for you. Unfortunately, it’s not that simple. Soy also contains compounds that are estrogen-like in their actions, causing men to grow “man boobs”. Soy is also connected with a loss of libido, which is fine by the elite population controllers. Estrogen levels in men can rocket to eight times their normal value after eating soy.

Soy is Almost Always Genetically Modified

If the feminizing effect of soy on men were not bad enough, virtually all soy beans grown in the U.S. are genetically modified, and affect both sexes detrimentally. There have been scientific tests that confirm that genetically modified food in general causes tumors in mice (and by extension, man). Soy based products shipped to Argentina have led to a huge outbreak in diabetes in that country.

Soy Promotion Simply a Marketing Ploy

Health food stores were quick to capitalize on the “soy is healthy” bandwagon, and everywhere you turned a new soy product was being introduced. Fully 85% of people polled in 2008 believed soy was healthy; what a masterpiece of propaganda! Today, you would be hard-pressed to find a processed food that DID NOT contain soy! Look at the ingredients in chocolate bars, for example. The famous Hershey’s chocolate refrained from using soy for many years but recently capitulated, probably in the interest of being financially competitive, as soy is attractively cheap. A couple of generations ago, soy was classified as a non-food and was only used to make varnish!

There are many reasons to avoid processed foods, and the addition of soy is yet another reason. Just start reading the labels of ketchup, sauces, chocolate bars, and anything else that does not grow in the earth and you will likely see that it contains soy. Instead of being a health food as falsely advertised, it is a vector in the dramatic increase in serious disease, not excluding cancer and diabetes.

Inferior Compounds in Soy

A certain Dr. Paul Cooke, PhD, a reproductive biologist at the University of Illinois, has discovered that compounds contained within soy cause shrinkage of the thymus gland, the gland that produces T-lymphocytes for the immune system.

The worst side effect for men is the shrinkage of their manhood. A regular drinker of soy milk said: “I enjoyed the company of women,” he says, “but it was just like they were my friends. Even if I had wanted to do anything physical, I couldn’t have.” Doctors treating men with ED problems advise their patients not to eat soy products.

In 2005, an article appeared in the Journal of Nutrition that stated: “the biological value of soy protein must be considered inferior to that of casein protein in humans.” Casein is the main protein found in milk.

Soy is also connected with an increased level of dementia and memory impairment in the elderly.
